| In June 2009, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled 8-1 that the intrusive search of a 13 year old female student for Ibuprofen was inconsistent with the protections afforded under the 4th Amendment and New Jersey v. T.L.O. This session will provide participants with an analysis of Safford v. Redding and how it will impact policy and procedures at the district and building levels. | |
